Let me explain the ways you made me angry and frustrated today....
1. A yousendit file just arrived to my new company email address - we changed our email this week. Without even thinking, I clicked the activation link and created a new lite account. Now I cannot change my primary email on my paid account, nor can I delete the lite account without going through your support ticket system. It will be days until i resolve this. Why is it a good idea that i cannot manage my own profile????
2. I cannot access your support centre without creating a name. Why? I hate it. Why do I need to create a stupid name to get help. Just plain annoying.
3. I wanted to give feedback - you think I can find an email address to send my thoughts to? Do you not have email at yousendit.com?
4. I jumped onto chat, thinking that would fix it asap - but no, no agents available. Submit a ticket.
5. I have been really happy with yousendit - until now when I have actually had to interact with your company.
