I am having trouble in downloading a file that a supplier sent me. I have been trying all morning but it doesn't work at all. The page is dead and nothing happens when I click on the download button.
Now I read about all the failures of this website. Is there a way to solve this issue in a fast manner?

We're having the same problem in MAC Safari and Google Chrome. If you right-click on the green download button and say 'open in new tab' or 'open in new window', than that works, but - YouSendIt, do YOU have a real fix?

Major frustration!!!
I've been having the same problem too. I subscribe to a webinar which sends the link to the class after the recording has been made. I used to be able to download the webinar with no problem, but something is definitely wrong now. For the past 2 months I almost have to beg the teacher to resend and resend. Not even the links on my account page here work.

Can you let me know what browser you all are using and any errors or specific notices coming up on the page when you click the green download button?

I click a link that has been sent to me to download a file. I get the login page. I login successfully, but do not see a way to find a download link. My Account says there is nothing waiting to download, but it has been only 2 days since the file was supposedly uploaded.
Not sure what i am doing wrong. I thought clicking the sender's link would bring me to the download page.
Any assistance appreciated. Been trying for 2 days.
Using IE8.

It is happening in both Google Chrome and Apple Mac Safari.... and it's not just the green "download" button any more !
My Mac users can't even login to the YouSendIt site now, because NONE of the buttons are working!

NO error message: The buttons just don't do anything, nor does the browser indicate that the page is trying to load- it doesn't get that far. It's just a "dead" click.
By the way, the previous comment in this thread from JOMalley is somethign else, not the problem I'm reporting...

I urgently need to download a file right now and the green download button in the email is dead - right clicking does nothing -- the button to sign up for yousendit works fine. This is beyond annoying, this is a terrible service -- all it wants is for you to sign up (giving your credit card info) and then provides NO SERVICE. I need this to work now!
