We would like it if the invoice/receipt was emailed automatically every time our credit card was charged. This would be much more convenient than logging in and downloading the receipt every time. It would also help us to be aware of whenever a charge happens.

This is beyond rediculous, I cannot even see past invoices to be able to print them. Automatic emailing would be very helpful, and my account dept. is screaming for this invoice!
I have been looking for my invoices for January and February for sometime. In checking this thread, it appears as though there is a problem, but You Send It does not appear to be responding other than by automatic email responder. What kind of service is this? I agree that invoices should be automatically emaied. Lynda.com does a wonderful job of this... what about You Send It?
I just paid $9,99 to send a file, but I had dropped the connection and the file was not sent ... How I do to recover the amount to be able to send again this file?
