I agree, it's difficult to sort through my contacts list as it is currently set up. If I was able to sort the list by last, first name and e-mail address, it would make this program more user friendly for my application.

I totally agree! In the previous version, it automatically sorted by first name, which was bad enough, but at least I could work around it through some creativity. Now, it sorts by email address! Give me the option to sort by email address or first name or last name with a click of a button! Add a "Company" or "Custom Field" and let me sort by that as well. Best of all, let me group!!!!!!!
You have a great product here, don't make me head to drop-box and other competitors out of frustration!

This has really been frustrating. I asked about it shortly after the "new" version came out and was told they were "working on it." Well, I have been using YouSendIt for years and for the first time I am looking around for an alternative. It is just too much hastle to have the run up and down a list of abstract names trying to locat a customer's name when i am trying to get some work done.
That is good reason for captialism - we can shop!! I just hope YouSendIt does something so that I do not leave them.

Oh my, Yes! I send out files almost daily to at least 20 people. It is so frustrating to have to click each individual name as I send. If I could group emails and/or have the option to SELECT ALL..that would be sucha HUGE timesaver!!!! Please so this ASAP.

I would like to talk to someone who explain me why you are charging me to my credit card, if my account is free. I read your support manual and says I have to check if I have 2 account that I use frequently but I did it and I just have 1 with you.

I would like to know why I am being charged 14.00 when you said this service was free and I canceled like two days after I set this account up. I want to be taken off of this service. It continues to tell me it is free when I try to downgrade. I want out of this and if you do not take my name and bill out of your accounts I will be seeing you in civil court.
There is no human to speak to, what kind of crap are you running here?

Just about every other web program I use allows me to re-order my address book into alphabetical order (or email order or...) with a single click
it can't be difficult so why doesn't YOUSENDIT have that facility?
it's very irritating to have to page through the whole thing to find people

I have to agree with you. Any company that takes your money for a service and relies on it customers to help each other are frauds or lazy.
There should be a CONTACT PHONE NUMBER that OVERSEAS can use, but typical Americans there is not.

I just tried to pay one time $9.99 to send a file one time only. Not only the three times I tried it give me an error message but I was charged $9.99 THREE TIMES.
TOday is 4-14-13 and I ask for you to give me the refund for the total of $29.97
I will be waiting for a reply with a confirmation numbre and my money back in my account.

I have complained about this twice before in the Billing Problems area and have received no response.
I'm being billed every month for the upgraded service when my only account (and I've checked for duplicates) is listed as LITE, therefore FREE.
Stop billing me!!!!
I no longer want anything to do with yousendit and tell anyone who will listen not to use this as a file sharing service because the fact that there is no customer response to deal with what is clearly a significant issue for a lot of people is OUTRAGEOUS.

I tried to cacel my "free" account and the sirte is very difficult to figure out. I thought I was cancelled and now have been billed for two months at $14.99 each. Need someone to help me canceland get a refund please.

I agree. This is a wonderful product but I am frustrated everyime I access it and scroll down to try to find a name that cannot be sorted by first name, last name or e-mail address. I continue to be surprised that one cannot click on the headings to sort it. PLEASE hire someone and make this a priority IMMEDIATELY. This should be a very, very easy fix!

I'm being charged $14.99 for a "free" account every month. Whenever I try to cancell the subscription, I'm prompted that this is a "free" account and cannot be cancelled. Is this a fraud? I need my refund for the last four payments and please remove me from this service.
Absolutely. The Contact List has to have a function that allows the list to be sorted be name or email address (or even date that a contact was added). It's an obvious characteristic that every software contact list has, or does automatically.
YouSendIt should fix this ASAP.

I dont know how to start a new topic, my problem is I cant contact anyone, and I sent two files yesterday got a notification they had been sent, but the client did not receive them, this is the second time this has happened, I offer training course via instant download, but the clients do not recieve them, so they are not happy, who can I cantact to complain no one.
