Hi - where can I find out exactly how much bandwidth I have used for a given month?
Is there a way to upgrade to more bandwidth (past the 200GB)?
Thanks,
Michael

Hi worldlinktech! Currently there isn't any way for the user to see how much bandwith he or she has used for the current month. I apologize for the inconvenience. Also, 200GB is the maximum bandwith limit available.

Ok - so does one get a warning if the bandwidth used is close to 200GB?
Are there solutions available for more bandwidth? Or at least a way to manage it?
Thanks,
Michael

Will we get a notice say when there is 5% left? This would be very unprofessional for us if a customer runs into a "Bandwidth Exceeded" message.
I hope there is some way to avoid this. It is tough to determine how much bandwidth has been used since some of our customers might be delayed in downloading files.
Thanks for your help,
Michael

If I am maxed out on the bandwidth - how will I know? And more importantly, how will I know when the month is over? Will my files I've put in the You Send It sync folder just sit there and wait until the new month has begun?
I am having major issues this month - raid system failed and I frantically tried to copy files over to the You Send It site not realizing my unlimited storage really isn't unlimited with the bandwith issue. Help ![]()

I'd like to know this, too.
