I'd like to suggest that you make the software download easier to find. When someone gets a new computer, we need to download software again. It would be so nice if you had a button perhaps under your support tab so that people could locate it easily. When getting a new machine up and running, there is so much to reinstall and the last thing someone wants is to have to hunt for the needed file.
Please think about positioning the various software downloads along with a very brief explanation of them in a simple-to-find location on your website.
