Most companies, small and large, have already invested into content management solutions, such as, Microsoft SharePoint. We believe that enterprises want to integrate with their already established content management systems; they do not want to rip out their Microsoft products, for example, and replace them with something new. They want to integrate applications that complement their solutions they have spent a lot of time and money on.
We are very excited to have Stanford Au come on board as our new CTO. We are lucky to have someone with over 25 years of experience in leading engineering departments at major tech companies like Netscape, Apple, and HP. Stanford will not only be running our engineering team, but will be over seeing IT and the operations teams as well. Read his full bio below.

We announced today our partnership with MobileIron to address a shared need for IT managers dealing with the trend of BYOD (Bring Your Own Device); the need to apply a common security layer across apps and users. MobileIron is an innovator in enterprise management and security for mobile devices and applications space. They provide enterprises real-time intelligence and security into cloud applications that are deployed on their employees’ personal devices. MobileIron customers can now provision YouSendIt’s enterprise product line, Workstream by YouSendIt, from MobileIron’s Enterprise App Storefront. End-users will be able to continue to use YouSendIt to securely send, share, sign, sync, and store their business content inside and outside the firewall with IT’s blessing.
Workstream by YouSendIt delivers a seamless, empowering and secure solution that easily integrates into your current Microsoft solutions. The integrations benefit the end user as well as the IT administrator. We make it easier for you to use the Microsoft tools you already have. Unlike other cloud-based systems who would have you throw out your content management and collaboration tools, we are tightly integrated across multiple Microsoft products. We work where and how users work, with smart policies for the Extended Enterprise, while maximizing your Microsoft investment.
It’s my great pleasure to announce YouSendIt’s new enterprise product line, called Workstream by YouSendIt™.

Integrating consumer solutions into the enterprise environment is at its core a question of how IT will make decisions.
Consumerization presents corporate IT with a leadership opportunity. While fulfilling its charter to provide security and control systems, IT can now also enable end-user convenience that will improve productivity. First IT must embrace new consumer technologies and succeed at this balancing act; if not IT runs the risk of becoming a barrier to productivity and cost reduction.
