As many of you are aware, YouSendIt experienced intermittent service disruptions Tuesday from approximately 8:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. (PDT). Towards the end the day we identified a hardware component in our core infrastructure that didn’t provide a failure notification. Once this failure was identified manually, we were able to get the site back up and running.
We know you depend on YouSendIt for your business and we are taking steps to ensure this never happens again. We sincerely apologize to all our customers for any inconvenience this disruption caused.
