We are excited to announce our new collaboration with Thunderbird email client! Thunderbird users can now revitalize the way they share and send large files with the new Thunderbird Filelink feature. Instead of having to worry about file delivery and attachment size limits, users will now be able to send files using YouSendIt as their content collaboration provider.

Thunderbird makes it easy to configure your YouSendIt account through Filelink: once you try to send a file that is larger than the allocated limit (1 MB by default), Thunderbird will prompt you to use Filelink to attach the file to your email. You will also be able to attach a file as a regular attachment. Then you can either use your existing YouSendIt account or you create a new one very easily.

You no longer need to use FTP or a courier to quickly and securely send large files; with YouSendIt collaboration is as easy as adding an attachment to an email. YouSendIt makes sure your files are delivered to the recipient in their entirety and that they get there safely. Once the recipient opens their email, all they need to do is click the link and download.

No matter what email service provider you use, you can save time and ensure safe delivery by sending your files through YouSendIt.

Our partnership with Mozilla Thunderbird is just one more way YouSendIt makes sure that we work where you work! We are dedicated to helping business professionals get their work done with the tools that they already have established.
