The legal industry deals with a high volume of documents and records on a daily basis. In order to become and stay agile legal firms need to use solutions to enable easy file sharing and collaboration. Cloud solutions have allowed small to large firms securely share content inside and outside their walls.

Have you ever worried about your computer crashing and losing all your data? I have and do! That is why I was excited in July 2011 when we (YouSendIt) announced that we have online storage capabilities. I already used YouSendIt, of course, for sending large files, but now I could backup all my important documents online using the same tool.

Uploading photos to your YouSendIt cloud folders is easy if you have the right app. First you need to make sure you have downloaded the iPhone/iPad or Android app to your mobile device. Once you login to the YouSendIt app, you will see all of your cloud folders/files synced from your web or desktop app.

Calling all Mac users! We have just recently announced our new Mac Desktop App in Beta. Since many of you already know how to use YouSendIt Express, I wanted to dedicate this blog post to showing everyone how to use the new desktop app, as well as why this app is a great addition to the YouSendIt offering.

You first need to go to our site and download the app. We support Mac OS X 10.6 and 10.7. Once you sign-in to the desktop app with your YouSendIt credentials, the app will automatically sync all your file and folders from the web.
