With the explosion of cloud and mobile apps, the work force has been able to get their job done on the go. Companies have created mobile versions of their services in order to allow people to work where ever they are whenever they want to work. We created an iPhone and iPad app for just that reason; we want our users to be able to access their contact anywhere at any time.
Access Anywhere at Anytime
Let’s go through a couple of real word scenarios – imagine you are an insurance adjuster. One of your main roles is examining cases, taking pictures, and filing claims. When you’re out in the field with your iPad you can easily take pictures, and upload them immediately to a YouSendIt cloud folder. You can sign and date the report, with our e-signing feature, and then send the report all while you’re out in the field. Because this information is sensitive, you can add a passcode to your YouSendIt folders to add an extra layer of security.
Realtors are increasingly using iPads and iPhones in the field. Let’s say you’re showing an apartment to a couple. You can pull up the renter’s contract and view it with the couple to make sure they understand everything in it. They can the sign and date the contract right from your iPad. You can save the signed document and copy it in a shared folder without ever leaving the house you were showing.
Cool Features
The cool thing about our mobile apps is uploading documents to the cloud straight from your email client. You don’t need to slow down to get files from your email, simply select the file and choose "Open in YouSendIt." This is a powerful feature that allows you to collect data while in the field and transfer it to the cloud while still mobile.
