Securely Share Folders in the CloudThe legal industry deals with a high volume of documents and records on a daily basis. In order to become and stay agile legal firms need to use solutions that enable easy file sharing and collaboration. Cloud solutions have allowed small to large firms securely share content inside and outside their walls.

We have seen legal firms that use File Upload solutions that allow you to store content in the cloud, but also send large files, allowing the employees to become more productive and efficient. Legal firms can also use online data storage to access their important files anywhere at any time. For example, if a lawyer is on-site of one of their clients, they can easily access their content through their cloud app on their tablet or mobile device. Also, lawyers and firms can sleep easy knowing that if their computers crashed they still have all their important documents safely in the cloud.

If legal firms like Burr & Forman and Nixon Peabody can trust cloud solutions like YouSendIt to securely send, share, sign, and store their content in the cloud then maybe the cloud is not so scary after all.
