The Yousendit.com icon on my email has totally screwed it up. nothing open the tool bar functions anymore, font size changes radically in the middle of an email and my attempts to get yousendit.com to help me get rid of the icon have been TOTALLY **bleep**ED.

 

0 help from them.  4 **bleep**ING MONTHS NOW

I have the desktop app on my office computer and my laptop and they are not syncing with each other. I started a document today, saved to the folder in the desktop app, and it's not only not available through my laptop desktop app but it's not even in the folder when I log into the web interface! This is causing a HUGE loss of worktime and am considering switching to some other cloud computing storage service. NOT HAPPY.

Agreed.  We are having the same issues.  The App does not sync with account.
