First, be sure to login if you haven't already. You should see a welcome message in the upper left hand corner. If it says "Welcome, Guest" click the "Login" Link and then login into your YouSendIt account.
Searching for Answers:
There's lots of information on this site, with new information being added every day both by the YouSendIt team as well as by the YouSendIt user Community. Simply search for answers by typing into the main search box on the Support page or the search box in the upper right hand corner of all the other main tabs. Results from the entire community and knowledge base will be suggested as you type. Of course if you press enter or click the magnifying glass, you will get search results and can refine or filter the results, or do an advanced search.
Asking Questions:
The community is your friend. If your question isn't already answered, go ahead and ask!
You can click the "Ask the Community" button on the main support page, or you can find the right category in the community and ask from there.
Have something to say? Like what you read?
Be a part of the community. Feel free to reply to posts, add comments to articles and participate. It's people like you that make this community a vibrant place to discuss topics relating to YouSendIt and collaboration. If you like what you saw, give a post a KUDO by clicking on the picture of a thumb next to the post.
Build your rank
Participating in the YouSendIt community earns you a more favorable rank. Posting topics, replying to other users, kudo'ing and receiving kudo's all help you build your rank in the community. As you build rank, you will start to earn more permissions and credibility within the community.

Getting Technical Support
Paid users will see our phone number, chat, and email options in the lower right hand corner of the support page. Free users are encouraged to use this site to answer all of your questions, but certainly have the option to upgrade to access YouSendIt's world class technical support team. 70% of our customers give us the highest mark on our surveys and are delighted with our service!
