Today we officially announced the acquisition of Found Software, Inc., a US-based software company that enables you to instantly find and discover your files, documents, and data across devices and cloud services.
With the acquisition, YouSendIt will gain powerful technology capabilities, enabling data from email to desktops to cloud services to be instantly accessible and manageable. Found also offers impressive mobile capabilities as increasing amounts of data flow through mobile devices.
Their app is very impressive and the team has the same passion and vision that everyone here at YouSendIt has. We are excited to have them onboard and looking forward to some amazing things coming down the line in 2013! Here is a quick quote from our CEO about the acquisition:
