Welcome to the Flight Deck- the YouSendIt online community!
 
There are four main sections of the site that you can navigate around:
 
  • The Support section gives you access to our top FAQ's and links to the hot topics in the community.  
  • The Community section holds our user forum and knowledge base, where we encourage you to engage with other YouSendIt lovers and learn how to get the most out of your account. While here, make sure to check out the YouSendIt Lounge to read our Tech Tip Tuesdays and Feature Friday posts!
  • The How To section is where you will find our Flight School video series, a step-by-step guide on our product and features.  
  • The Blog section gives you the latest YouSendIt and industry news to keep you up to date.
 
Our community is a place to interact with other people. We encourage you to learn from others, build relationships, and otherwise just ‘hang out’. So ask a question, give a kudo, or contribute to an ongoing conversation- the more you participate, the more features you unlock from the site!

only to say that i'm really disappointed about yousendit; no service, many bug. i want to delete all my file and it's also impossible. your system doesn't work and nobody contact me to find a solution

I don't usually join in on these things, but I saw a message here from someone who'd received bad service. I just wanted to say that my experience was the opposite.

 

When I had a small crisis (to me, anyway), you guys were right there to fix it for me. I couldn't have asked for better and faster help. You're all over it. Keep up the great work.

I executed tthe wrong procedures when trying to uninstall yousendit. I own an iMac. I moved the application to the trash then deleted it from the trash. I now understand this is NOT how to delete the program frm my cmputer. Please tell me what steps to take to delete the remaining bits, i.e. its folder remains under 'PLACES'.
