Do you ever find yourself wondering if your file was actually delivered, or if the person you sent it to really downloaded it? Worry no more! One of the newest features of the new and improved iPhone app* available for our premium members is the ability to view and track sent/received files or folders.
How to track delivery status: Once you’re logged in to your YouSendIt account, tap the arrows in the upper-left corner. You will then see the list of all files sent or recieved.
Tracking Features:
- Note which recipients haven’t downloaded the file(s)
- Timestamp of when the file(s) was downloaded and when it expires
- Number of times file has been downloaded
- Ability to Resend or Forward the file(s)
- View the file(s) and message
- Store your received files into your YouSendIt folders
Why is this important? Not only does it assure you the peace of mind that the file was actually delivered, but allows you to follow up with recipients who have not yet downloaded or opened your file.

- Easy access to your sent and received files
- Ensure file was safely delivered
- Ability to work on the go
