“I don’t think I received those files, could you send them to me again?”
I’ve been on both ends of that statement/question in the past – I’ve sent files to clients who swear they never received them, and I’ve scoured my email inbox left and right looking for files clients have sworn they’ve sent me. Sometimes it’s not a big issue – re-sending a one-page contract isn’t too hard of a task to complete. However, if you’ve sent large files, it may be a minor-to-major inconvenience if you need to resend them. Maybe they’re not on the computer you’re currently working on, or maybe your network connection is slow. It doesn’t matter – because if your upload hasn’t expired yet, you can always retrieve a link to your files so that you don’t have to upload them again.
Let’s walk through resending large files in this Tech Tip Tuesday post.
If you have any thoughts or questions about resending files, please feel free to post in this thread. Thanks!

So, what do I do if the file that I want to resend has expired?

If a file has expired, then it is no longer on our servers. You would have to upload the file again.
