Date and Time wrong when tracking

The date and time that the tracking system shows is coming up wrong? Does anyone know why?  I sent a file to a collegue today 23 Jan 2013 at 1:45 pm and they downloaded it immediately.  The tracking showed that the file was downloaded yesterday at 9:40pm?

 

Any help would be appreciated

In my opinion, this could be a time zone matter. We are based in europe and the times are a few hours off, so in case we would need the correct time we would have to send a testfile to evaluate the time difference, note that, and use that on all times when needed.

 

Since i did not find any time zone settings in yousendit I suppose there is no fix for that right now.

You're right, Thomas - as of right now we don't have timezone settings.  Currently the only time-zone displayed is Pacific Standard Time. We have raised this issue with our product development team. We hope to have an option to localize time zones for our users in a future release, however, currently there isn't any timeframe as to when this will be available.
