Your Company is deceptive in your advertising. I wanted a free one time use as advertised because someone asked me to send them a file using your company. Of course I hade to gived my credit card info being led to believe that you where not going to charge me and you charged me anyway even though I canceled after one use.

Beware!

The Sendit system does not work as adverised.  Why Yahoo partnered with Sendit is beyond me.  Trying to get rid of it is not easy.  There are  many blogs begging Sendit to delete their free use account .  Sendit pushes back and makes it difficult to get rid of this service.  When I check attach large files on my Yahoo account I don't want to see Sendit pop up.  I guess I don't understand the ethics of a company that behaves in this manner.

I tried to use it at Yahoo's recommendation to send a 176.7 mb file that was urgent. However, after 2 1/2 hrs it was only 50% attached. RIDICULOUS!!!! I sent email immediately and asking for cancellation - waiting to see how that goes. Hopefully not as long as load time. I am satellite internet and the speeds are not slow, so do not want to hear that as an issue.
