In a previous version of YouSendIt Express, Mac users may have encountered transparent input panels, affecting the functionality of the application. YouSendIt Express also was causing some issues in Mountain Lion, including:
An update to YouSendIt Express is now available, which fixes all of these issues. To download the YouSendIt Express update, click here.
Once you've downloaded the update, you will have to uninstall your version of YouSendIt Express, and then install the updated version of the application.
"YouSendIt Mac Express.pkg" can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer."
If you are updating the application in Mountain Lion, you may be prompted that the installation package cannot be opened because we are an "unidentified developer." This is a result of Apple's new Gatekeeper feature.
To allow Mountain Lion to install the YouSendIt Express update, command + click (or right-click) on the icon for the YouSendIt Express installation file. Next, select Open from the contextual menu. You will see a variant of the warning dialog box, which will have the option to launch the application, despite Gatekeeper’s grave concerns. Once you’ve done that, you will be able to launch the app normally.
