How do I cancel my 14 day free trial?

 

Thank you for trying YouSendIt's premium features, we're sorry to lose you :smileysad:

 

Hopefully you had a chance to really give us a good test drive and have installed our Desktop Sync app.  If you haven't, I'd really suggest checking it out before you continue.

 

If you're still intent on leaving, cancelling is easy. Here's how:

 

  • While logged in, click on My Account in the upper right hand corner.
  • Next, under the Actions section, click Downgrade or cancel subscription.
  • Choose Cancel My Subscription Now for the change to take effect immediately.

 

Once complete, you will still have access to your free YouSendIt Lite account with limited storage and sending capabilities.  We'll be right here when you need us again!
