Does YouSendIt collect sales tax?

In some states in the United States, YouSendIt is required to collect sales tax on subscriptions from customers with billing addresses in those states.  Which states this affects depends on the laws of those states and whether YouSendIt has a physical business presense in that state.

YouSendIt currently collects sales tax in the following states:

• Texas (TX) - beginning in January 2013
