Billing and Subscription Plan Details

Customers in a month-to-month billing plan, can switch to an annual subscription plan, and be charged a prorated annual rate for the first year.

For Example: If you are in the middle of a monthly billing cycle, and choose to switch to an annual subscription plan, you will be charged a prorated annual fee of $98.67. This fee is based upon the regular annual fee of $109.99, minus the credited amount, calculated for the number of days remaining in the month, and previously paid in the last billing cycle. After switching, your account will be renewed annually for a cost of $109.99.

I am frustrated too! The answer says we can change to annual but not how to change it online!

I figured out how to do this online!

Go to My account

On the left navigation menu, select "My Billing Information".

From there, you should see that you are now on monthly and a link to pay yearly.

Select the yearly plan and print a new receipt.

It's easy once you find it. You can print a new receipt. It automatically prorates is and your done.
